Mensenlinq asked Goldmund, Wyldebeast & Wunderliebe to build a new web platform. This modern, integrable web application enables third parties, such as funeral services, churches, and memorial services, to place Mensenlinq content on their own digital channels.
Mensenlinq offers a central place for condolences and memorials, in collaboration with leading Dutch news media. Family members can determine for themselves how they publish and share news about their loved ones.
Mensenlinq offers modern, scalable, and flexible features for local and national services. Our integrable solution enables partners to easily implement content and functionality across all their digital channels.
Goldmund developed a scalable platform and a fully customizable, robust widget to manage and integrate Mensenlinq's traffic and requests.
Goldmund has experience building small, customizable functions from previous projects. With these insights and experience, we offer a complete technical solution that not only meets the immediate needs and functionalities but also takes into account adaptability, security, sustainability of functions, responsive support, accessibility, SEO, statistics, and more.
Our solution directly addressed the concerns and wishes of Mensenlinq's partners. The platform provides sufficient technical capabilities for partners to extend functionality without modifying the source code, and enough options for non-technical partners to create something personal and unique without much programmer involvement.
The end result is a scalable platform, a solid foundation for Mensenlinq functionality, without the risk that future requests for new features from stakeholders and partners will overload the platform.
To keep the file size of the embed platform low, we used standard JavaScript and TypeScript for both the front-end and back-end.
We used Storybook to perform UI and stakeholder tests and documentation, as well as Jest to perform unit and integration tests.
